Pre-Show Workshops– September 30th

Before the main conference kicks off, the pre-show event on September 30th will set the tone for a week of learning and networking. This exclusive pre-show will feature intimate workshops and hands-on demonstrations aimed at preparing attendees to make the most out of the full event. The day’s sessions will dive into cutting-edge innovations in outdoor hospitality, including tech-savvy guest experiences, glamping start-up insights, and the latest in sustainable luxury.

It’s the perfect opportunity for those eager to get ahead of the game, allowing early access to invaluable industry information and time to network with fellow pioneers of glamping before the crowd arrives. AGA Welcome Reception

On the first official day of the conference, the American Glamping Association Welcome Reception kicks off from 4-7 pm MDT. Held at the AGA booth, this event will feature music, drinks, and tacos, generously sponsored by Century Chemical (koozie sponsor) and NewBook (drink sponsor). Make sure to arrive early, as the AGA Glamping Awards ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm, followed by the delicious taco spread at 5 pm.
