100% online. Study whenever (and wherever!) you want, at your own pace. Courses are held on an ongoing basis and participants can complete each course on their own schedule .
Deliverables
There are three main deliverables in order to complete the certificate. Operators must complete the online video courses, complete a strategic learning report, and submit a business pitch deck for approval.

Glamping Operator Professional Development Certification Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the Glamping Operator Professional Development Certificate offered by the American Glamping Association (AGA) and the Glamping University, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Certification Eligibility:
To enroll in the certification program, you must meet the eligibility criteria set by the AGA. This includes, but is not limited to, must be an active member of the American Glamping Association, must inn good standing within the glamping industry, and any other prerequisites outlined by the AGA.
Registration and Payment:
Payment of the certification fee is required to complete the registration process. Fees are non-refundable, and access to the course materials will be granted upon successful payment.
Certification Materials:
All materials provided for the program are the intellectual property of the AGA and are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct throughout the certification process. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or in violation of AGA's standards may result in immediate disqualification from the program.
Assessment and Certification:
Successful completion of all required assessments and examinations is necessary to obtain the Glamping Operator Certificate. The AGA reserves the right to modify assessment criteria and certification requirements at its discretion.
Confidentiality:
Participants shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the certificate program. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, business strategies, and other sensitive information shared by the AGA.
Termination of Certification:
The AGA reserves the right to terminate the certification of any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions. Termination may occur at any stage of the certification process, and fees will not be refunded in such cases.
Updates and Modifications:
The AGA may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the updated terms.
