Join the First-Ever AGA Masterclass for Glamping Operators – Led by Irene Wood

Applications now open for a free, 6-week virtual course beginning April 30th

We’re excited to announce a brand-new educational opportunity designed exclusively for current AGA member glamping operators: a free, 6-week virtual masterclass led by Irene Wood, founder of The Fields of Michigan.

As one of the most admired voices in the glamping world, Irene brings a deep understanding of what it takes to build a standout experience—balancing luxury with nature, creativity with logistics, and vision with execution. Her award-winning property, The Fields of Michigan, is considered one of the top luxury glamping destinations in the U.S., known for its thoughtful design, seamless hospitality, and innovative business model.

In this masterclass, Irene will guide a small group of current operators through the most essential aspects of running and growing a successful glamping business. Topics will include everything from daily operations and guest experience to long-term planning and brand development. This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from someone who’s been in the trenches and has built something exceptional from the ground up.
