Q: Tell us a bit more about why you started a company in the glamping industry.

David Korse contacted me early in 2021 to exhibit as his 2021 trade show. He heard the I serve as ARVC’s finance instructor for the National School and the Perspective Owners Workshop. I agreed to exhibit and contributed an interview for their magazine)

Q: Tell us a bit about where your glamping business is today? Where do you see your business in the future?

Glamping is a high growth industry as a direct result of the pandemic and the basic needs of people to take vacations and time away from work alone or with their family. Adding glamping structures and park model cabins attracts a customer that does not own an RV but desires an outdoor experience. Recent studies published by KOA and ARVC report that younger families are attracted to glamping for family vacations.

Q: What are you most excited about within the glamping industry moving forward?

It is exciting to be a contributing part of this high growth industry offering financing solutions to perspective RV park and campground owners! It is rewarding to know we have helped many clients to achieve their dream of owning their own business!

Q: Do you have any advice for those that are just starting out?

The glamping business is growing day by day each year I see more and more clients interested in getting involved in the glamping. For clients interested in getting into this business you should have a business plan, biography, your products and services, competition, and good credit.

A big thank you to Paul and Frank for being a part of the AGA community and helping to move the glamping industry forward!
