Refund & Cancellation Policy
-
By signing up for an AGA membership, members acknowledge that they are enrolling in a recurring subscription that will automatically renew on the same date each month or year (depending on the selected membership level).
Members are responsible for managing their subscriptions and ensuring they cancel before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue.
-
Members may cancel their membership at any time by emailing [your contact email].
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Members will retain access to membership benefits until their current period expires.
AGA does not process mid-cycle cancellations or prorated refunds.
-
No Refunds on Membership Fees: All membership fees are non-refundable once a charge has been processed.
Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:
Duplicate Charges: If a member is mistakenly charged twice for the same membership period.
Technical Errors: If a billing system error occurs due to a fault on our end.
Unauthorized Transactions: If a charge was made without the account holder's authorization (must be reported within 14 days of the transaction).
-
If a payment fails, members will be notified and given a grace period of 7 days to update their payment information.
If payment is not resolved within this period, the membership will be automatically canceled, and access to benefits will be revoked.
-
AGA reserves the right to update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to active members via email and will be posted on our website.
