Tell us a bit more about why you started a company in the glamping industry.

After establishing successful relationships with high end hotels and resorts throughout California, Goodwood Products began to expand into the outdoor hospitality world. The glamping industry, with more eco-conscious guests than traditional campgrounds, has been welcoming our safer, eco-friendly alternative to regular firewood.

Tell us a bit about where your glamping business is today? Where do you see your business in the future?

Our expansion into the glamping world is a natural extension of our mission to provide the most sustainable, eco-friendly way for people to enjoy real wood fires in their fireplaces, woodstoves and outdoor firepits. Our easy-lighting Goodwood Firebags are the firewood of choice now in Autocamps and other high-end resorts throughout California.

What are you most excited about within the glamping industry moving forward?

As the glamping industry works to bring outdoor experiences to more people, we hope to grow partnerships with facilities and guests where making the most eco-conscious choice is also the easiest choice.

Do you have any advice for those that are just starting out?

There's always so much work to do, but never forget to see the forest for the trees.
