Q: Tell us a bit more about why you started a company in the glamping industry.

ResNexus started in the unique hospitality space in 2004, in fact our first client was a boutique bed and breakfast. Every room is uniquely themed. Glamping by nature is a unique stay market. ResNexus was a natural fit to become the leading glamping management software because we focus on providing the best online guest shopping experience paired with powerful back office tools and management for properties that have unique unit types.


Q: Tell us a bit about where your glamping business is today? Where do you see your business in the future?

ResNexus is more than a great software company, we’re first and foremost a customer service company. And we’re committed to your success. That’s why we are trusted by thousands of properties as well as one of the top sponsors at both campground and glamping associations. We only see the Glamping industry continue to expand and grow and thus ResNexus' influence will grow too.

What are you most excited about within the glamping industry moving forward?

Getting the next generation to love nature and connect to the natural environment. The ability to change the mindset of travel from city focused.

Q: Do you have any advice for those that are just starting out?

Make sure to have great photos on your website and booking engine. Second, use revenue management principles to maximize revenue.
