Q: Tell us a bit more about why you started a company in the glamping industry.

Having an extensive history in the hospitality industry, we know that clean and accurate financials significantly impact the success of a company. Once we encountered glamping resort owners, we fell in love with the level of passion for their product and the experience that they provide that no hotel owner has. It's a unique space, and our enjoyment of accounting for the glamping industry really comes down to the people we get to work with.

Q: Tell us a bit about where your glamping business is today? Where do you see your business in the future?

We’re a growing specialized accounting firm, and we’re happy that so many business owners in the glamping & hospitality industry are choosing to partner with us, based on the services we provide and the level of care we offer. Within the next year, we’d love to help 10 more clients get funding previously not available to them and help 5 more clients get their books in order so they’re ready to sell and receive top dollar for their glamping operation.

Q: What are you most excited about within the glamping industry moving forward?

The glamping industry is currently a “blue ocean” industry and that's what motivates us. In other words, glamping operators and first-time business owners have the space and opportunity to grow and learn in

an area of recreation that isn’t yet saturated. We're enthusiastic because these people have a strong passion that you don't see with institutional investors, and we love working with those types of clients. That's what we see on the horizon, and we're excited that we get to collaborate with the people in the glamping industry.

Q: Do you have any advice for those that are just starting out?

Document your processes and standards from day one, so that you have a solid foundation to grow your business. When you establish your best practices early on, you can build on that to move your business in the direction you want to go.

We love hearing about everyone else's journey, and if you ever want to talk about yours and get some feedback, we’re happy to talk it through with you, at no cost and no strings attached.
