It recognizes the important role women entrepreneurs play in driving innovation, building successful businesses, and inspiring the next generation of industry leaders.
Leslie Martin is the visionary founder of Lagom Retreat in Dripping Springs, TX. Lagom Retreat is a new wellness destination that has quickly established itself as a sanctuary for those seeking balance and rejuvenation. With 25 years of leadership experience in the tech industry, Leslie brings a unique perspective to the glamping and wellness space, having personally navigated the challenges of maintaining wellbeing in high-pressure corporate environments.
After embarking on her own wellness journey, Leslie created Lagom Retreat with a commitment to the Swedish philosophy of "lagom" - the art of balanced living that is "just right." This ethos permeates every aspect of the retreat, from its thoughtfully designed accommodations to its curated wellness experiences.
At Lagom Retreat, guests discover a nurturing space where they can prioritize their wellbeing through a variety of onsite offerings, including saunas, hydrotherapy, guided meditation, forest bathing, yoga practices, sound healing, and farm-to-table dining experiences. The retreat's holistic approach addresses the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of wellness, allowing guests to reconnect with themselves and nature.

After more than 20 years of living and traveling around the globe—from Europe to Central Asia—Ann-Tyler and Brian Konradi returned to Texas with a vision to blend international hospitality inspiration with the natural serenity of the Texas Hill Country. Drawn to the charm and creative energy of Wimberley and Dripping Springs, they built a retreat that reflects their shared love of travel, design, and restorative outdoor spaces.
In 2019, they founded The Yurtopian, a luxury glamping resort inspired by the traditional Mongolian yurts they discovered during their travels. What began as a boutique property in Wimberley quickly gained attention from travelers, influencers, and media outlets, eventually expanding to a second location in Dripping Springs. Today, The Yurtopian offers 16 authentic Mongolian yurts across two Hill Country locations — 6 in Wimberley, 10 in Dripping Springs, each intentionally designed with curated interiors, panoramic views, and resort-level amenities.
